Agreement

These terms govern your use of the CollegePrep website, family portal, quizzes, and online forms (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services for a student, you confirm you are a parent or guardian, or you have authority to do so.

Advising fees, payment schedule, and the scope of counseling are set in the signed advising agreement — not in these website terms.

The Services

CollegePrep offers college counseling and related tools so families can share information, review agreements, and pay invoices. The website is a license to use those tools. We may change or discontinue parts of the Services.

College admissions decisions belong to the colleges. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or any particular outcome.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep login details confidential and give us accurate information. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to access another family’s records, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Third-party tools

Agreements may be signed through DocuSign. Invoices and payments may be handled through Intuit QuickBooks. Sign-in and email may use Google. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their sites or outages.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, CollegePrep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for admissions outcomes. Our total liability related to the website tools is limited to the amount you paid us for advising in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid us.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
